Refunds and Shipping Policies

Should we cancel a batch order, refunds will be posted as soon as possible (details will be sent to all affected parties)

  • Delivery delays that are beyond our control (e.g. production and shipping issues). WE DON'T TOLERATE IMPATIENT BUYERS, and WE DON'T ACCEPT SPECIAL/RUSH DELIVERY REQUESTS.
  • Damages incurred during shipping from KR to PH.
  • Damages incurred during local shipping. We’ll do our best to package your orders, but keep in mind that we have no control over how local couriers will handle the items.
  • Missing items and manufacturing defects. If this happens, get in touch with us right away so we can reach out to our suppliers or manufacturers. We can’t guarantee item replacements.
  • Additional costs will apply to custom packaging requests (e.g. boxes, poster tubes).
  • As soon as you receive your item, make sure to take a clear video of you opening the package for the first time. This is to make sure that you’ve received the item with no missing parts and in good condition.
  • Damaged/missing item claims will only be entertained upon receiving the unedited and clear unboxing video.
  • For damages incurred during local shipping, or if the item was undelivered due to inaccurate contact details and address, we’ll help you get in touch with the concerned courier company and file your initial complaint. If applicable, we’ll also give you the case reference number and other pertinent case details. After this, it is YOUR RESPONSIBILITY to follow up on the case status.

  • Any direct questions about batch orders should be coursed to our official email address: purplestraw613@gmail.com. We’ll also send out important order notifications (e.g. payment details, shipping info) via email.

  • You can send us a direct message for any complaints or comments.

ONLINE ETIQUETTE AND SITE UPDATES

  • ABUSIVE AND DISRESPECTFUL BEHAVIOR WILL NOT BE TOLERATED, and we reserve the right to ban abusive users.
  • We also reserve the right to release information of blacklisted users for the protection of other users and online store managers.
